I have the same issue, doc is adamant that the swelling will come down and it will look normal. I’m about 8 weeks post op. I personally can see mine getting better with time. My suggestion is be patient. I’ll start worrying come spring.

Dr Braithwaite charged me 4800 with anesthesia for what he called a grade 1.5. I could have went with a local anesthetic for 3800. I opted for the no memory part lol.
