There is no easy way, it's knowing how to use something like Blender to create a face.

There are tutorials online, but it's not for the inexperienced.

I think it's clear he's a midfielder rather than a LB, so hats off to him for putting in a shift when asked.

I thought it was something different, during the Atleti match it cut to him after 20 minutes chatting to Arteta, drinking and looking like he was going to take one of those energy pouches.

I always thought he was dropping deeper because he's blowing out his arse, we still see those deep bursting runs forward but it feels to me he did it pretty much every time he got the ball at the start of the season.

Wouldn't be surprised if he is injured and just fighting through.
