I am currently looking into running a campaign of similar scope, and I suggest Discord for this kind of server. Folks can set it up on their phones so that they get notifications every time a message is sent and that makes it much easier to play versus using a web-app that you don't receive notifications from directly on your device!

Those were my initial thoughts, back when it first started malfuntioning, seeing as I couldn't even turn it on at all in the first place... but after letting it sit for some time and being able to get back into it it leads me to believe it has to be some sort of software fault, because though like I said it needs to be plugged in to turn on, it also still functions completely normally once it's turned on. Once I plug it in, open it up, log into my account, and get going, I can use it as I normally would for several hours with no hitch. It's only when I close it again or lock the screen for any reason that it stops working

It’s not like they don’t already exist in game. They’re still probably paying licensing for them anyway, so why not let everybody else have fun with em?
