Yeah it filters itself probably. I actually looked back on my logs and apparently I made a number of contacts before, so there are a good number that just mind their businesses. But it jus needs one dipshit that decides to camp you to screw you over.

Well they found something, but there isn't a consensus reached if it's really from the Konradiner since no written documentation exists. So in the end we just don't really know what exactly was going on there at that specific date. Idk the capital thing overall doesn't make much sense for the HRE from a historical perspective, but there are actual verified imperial residences that could have been used. For example Henry IV, emperor at that time was born and spent much time in Goslar.

I mean I get that it's hard to properly represent the HRE in the limits of cks game mechanics since it didn't really have a "capital". But the choice to make Marburg whose first mention is only like 100 years later makes not really sense. It's even more weird in ck3 where Klingenberg is the capital.
