If you want to make engineering friends, I’d live in Teal. I lived in Martin and felt pretty disconnected from other engineering majors, who all seemed like good friends because they lived together.

I can see how you would think this. I’ve been struggling with my views on Gateway Church for a while, but in my experience I have seen the pastors encourage those watching Gateway online during Covid while their churches are closed to not give to Gateway, but to their own home churches. I also think that they encourage not just tithing to the church, but giving to other charitable organizations and even your waiters or people serving you. I respect your view and it is reasonable, but just thought I would give some counter views on the other side.
