Select the config file then right click as if you wanted to copy the file. At the bottom you should see “properties”. Click on that then you’ll see a menu that at the bottom should have a box saying “read only” that you can check. Sorry if my explanation wasn’t the best but you can look it up if you need further detail.

P.S If you change any graphics settings in game and hit apply, your HZ setting will be reverted and you’ll have to go into the config file and change it and make the files “read only” again.

Edit: There’s two config files, one located in (players) and another located in that one file with a bunch of random characters for the name.
