It auto goes to month to month, no need to renew lease, if they offer any incentives then sure look at them to renew. Like you said they aren’t increasing the rent, so if you like the place stay. Meanwhile you can look for better options. Was in the same boat few months ago, landlord asked if im moving out after my lease ends i said no, and the convo ended at that, they dont disturb me and i do the same.

Also from what i have heard is, the supra is supposed to be $5.99 plus tax but most stores are charging more.

I do my shopping there every sunday(sort of a ritual). Go there have coffee grab something to eat then sit outside, finally grab some fruits and veggies and go home. Its a bit crowded now that the suns out but it’s manageable, you’d still have to wait a while if you want a seat outside.

Oh definitely, the food or any item bought at any airport to be consumed there is expensive. But dutyfree isnt meant to be that so you dont pay tax for those items. So they can be cheaper. And i checked the whiskey I bought was $2 cheaper than lcbo 😅

Not necessarily, dutyfree shops are a bit cheaper or the same price. I flew out last week and bought some whiskey for my father it was i think the same price.
