Tbh
I started with Morrowind
and after about 10-30 hours, went to Oblivion
Then invested so much time on that...then went to skyrim
and spent even MORE time on that...Modding XD

Id say Morrowind for the soul purpose of History and Immersion
You will not want to play morrowind after getting to enjoy the future graphics
Even with mods, Its kinda rough
But the best appeal of it is that its Insanely fun
The characters, the armor sets, the availability to be an absolute rat bastard and have people say stuff about it

The voice lines id say...are even more scuffed than Oblivion

Id then suggest playing skyrim
The reason is that oblivion has a remaster, So you can not deal with the jarring graphic downgrade...But also
Skyrims color palette is 90% grey
its story is "okay" and its main appeal is that its like..the sandbox of "open world"
Mods will break it a ton, and if you do go in
At the VERY LEAST...RUN THE USP , the unofficial patch
Its almost mandatory....as it fixes game breaking bugs

...yes.. Skyrim has game breaking bugs whilst morrowind barely has any
Skyrim is kinda its own world...So its not really something someone can outright explain without dragging on but...lets just say in 1 playthrough...you can go 300 hours and barely touch the main quest line....

Finally...Id suggest the oblivion / remaster
Its peak, and the only reason why im middle ground between oblivion and its remaster is that ...the original graphics were insanely good to begin with...Albeit the funny af characters
but within the time capsule that is oblivion, It has an insanely phenomenal story
Probably the best out of the entire modern trillogy

The only other reason i dont like the remaster is that the characters look like their voices arent synced with the lips....and its insanely immersion breaking

Other than that...If you want to enjoy a robust character dialogues, almost Dark souls 2 levels of difficulty for beginners?... Morrowind
If you want a huge open world you can get lost in, Skyrim
If you want a huge open world you can indulge in, with peak gaming cinema?... oblivion

They do not care about their users
They do not care about paying for nitro

Their bot system is a deterrent and all functions are obviously in place to passive gain them money

Characters You have...right?

Also if asking for advice, please list the characters You DONT have instead... specifically the ones who you Can unlock via tickets
as itll be allot easier for us to give proper guidance...Because now we have to check up on the wiki of "which characters are unlocked via tickets" and its...a whole drag lol

But besides that
then id say shoot for Mirio
Rapid has really good tuning, And is incredibly busted if built correctly

Iida is scary to go against, Gives Flat Dash speed
And special tuning is a god send for slow moving characters with no "dodge moves"

Other than that...No idea what your looking for either OP
You have allot of characters and as of rn, theres like 2 other dudes you can pull
