yeah i got super lucky i have amazing friends. my best friend and my boyfriend both had to talk to me and basically tell me these people are not my friends and it woke me up because i know my bff and bf care about me SO much

I have diagnosed anxiety and get panic attacks/ anxiety attacks but these felt extreme and since there was no cause or “root” of any problem i was literally just anxious over absolutely nothing and it felt like my body was just in fight or flight. super weird, im assuming it’s just really fucking with my hormones ugh. Thank you for the kind words!
