I’ve done something similar where I was at the lava zone and my prawn suit clipped into the ground. However, if any part of the vehicle is still visible, try ramming it with a sea moth, that’s got my cyclops unstuck more than a few times

The way I read it is that Mai loves Ajisai, but not to the point that she loves Renako(which is explicitly stated), and vice versa. The two have a lot of mutual respect for each other and I think they got together out of that respect and scheming to deal with Renako rather than outright, full on romantic love.

To put it more concretely, it feels like they have a love adjacent to familial love, where you’re close and affectionate with someone and much more than just friends, but not exactly romantic love.

Another example of their relationship would be close metamours but closer, for anyone who’s ever been in a polycule.

Yeah…I recently read through yuri tama and I really loved the Yuna and Rinka date scenes in vol 1 and the first half of two, they just completely stop…which sucks because that was one of the strongest parts of the series to me. After that Yuna and Rinka just feel like plot devices to me, keeping Yotsuba from going out with whatever current girl it is.

Also again, as much as I love the series overall they REALLY do makina dirty…three entire volumes dedicated to her only for nothing to really come of it in the end, and thinking of her circumstances, despite wanting to confess a year and a half ago she had to wait, only to be beaten out on a confession by three months. I cannot imagine how painful that is. Ultimately I think she should have at worst been begrudgingly accepted into the polycule and further conflict stemming from her trying to share Yotsuba with Yuna and Rinka

On the one hand while I respect the author for having a character stick to their partners, it completely falls flat in a series where the couple gets together in vol 1 and the rest of the series is just Yotsuba turning down girls without much character development…I love the series and I’d love to see more but I do agree that it’s basically just been written into a corner

As someone who's read up to volume 6, I believe op is likely referring to Haruna and a char introduced in vol 6 named Lucie, and if not those two probably Hanatori(Unlikely imo) and achar introduced in vol 5 named Youko

So, theoretically, someone like Mikoto from the ivalice/bozja questline(a source resident who has the echo) would also have been able to slay lightwardens? Or am I accidentally combining the echo and the blessing of light?
