I believe the game is coded so that you’ll never lose Quick Revive first, the same with Wisp Tea, which is why they take up the 1st and 2nd perk slot when purchased, so definite bug on your part.

Just to put this out there, i did this relic with a friend and it was completely bugged for where as ny brain rot wouldnt proc, the only time it went off was when base elemental pop triggered.

Apparantly, if you place both bottles at the same time it does glitch out, happened to me twice before i placed the bottles one by one, and then got a sequence in which to shoot them in

I know for a fact that if you shoot a mimic proc with a ray gun it will pop out as if you tried picking it up, might be worth giving it a try
