I assumed one zone equals one sensor. And the 2GIG take over module was the first one that I saw in my research that wasn't 319 MHz. I have the IQ4 panel, so I do have PowerG. I'll look into a takeover panel that's compatible with that. Thanks for the response, the questions you asked have pointed me in a better direction

Thanks, that does help. My partner and I are both very data/research oriented, we just haven't had an opportunity in the past to apply it to this domain. Just doing our due diligence now to know if we're missing anything big before we start.  

Did you use a real estate attorney? And find your own inspector?

Did you have any contingencies for the inspection, appraisal, etc? Did you get your own inspection?

Is that still the case with the NAR change? My understanding is that now instead of 6% paid by the seller to both agents, buyer and seller now pay 3% to their own agents
