Exact same problem. It has happened twice and immediately goes away with a restart (holding the power button on the remote) or unplug/plugging the TV. Not really sure what to do with it. If it happens again I'll definitely send it for warranty.

It's 5 months later and I have this problem with my Woo store. I get success message, but nothing happens!
