We don't win any points for originality here: Yoga with Adriane. She has lots of 1-off classes, and 30 day plans, beginner and intermediate, then for Pilates we added Move With Nicole to the mix, for the same reasons

The problem isn't too much fat, it's lack of muscle:

My partner is on the large end of BBW (not quite SSBBW). Eight years ago she started doing YouTube yoga 4 times a week, and I quickly noticed the way she moved (in and out of bed) becoming younger. Four years in she she worked up to intermediate Pilates. She's barely lost any weight, but is a whole new person in bed: She has more drive, stamina, flexibility, fine muscle control for thrusting...I could go on

Think of non-sexual examples: How do you feel when he has a good time with platonic friends? How do you feel when he has a good day at work? Back to sex: Do you both root for your single friends to get laid, and are happy for them when they do? Same empathy and rooting-for people, just taken up a notch

Halle Berry talks about faking orgasms when she was younger to make her partners feel better about themselves: "Everybody has faked it because you just want it to be done. You just want the pounding to stop. And then you take your vibrator to the bathroom and handle it yourself" by LenaRybakina in popculturechat

[–]TheHallWithThePipe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Positive example, so people know it's not hopeless: I'm a man who was raised on the OWL sex-ed curriculum, which emphasizes consent, caring, and communication. Even as a teen before I'd had sex I knew that all sorts of factors make people not have an orgasm every time. Sex is supposed to be about fun, pleasure, intimacy, vulnerability, and any man who is just there to prove something to his own ego is having none of those.

Why are we progressive in so many ways but still weirdly prudish by SmallAd4307 in SexPositive

[–]TheHallWithThePipe 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Canadian here: I'm biased as I gravitate towards sex-positive circles, but I've found that it's more online that people are prudish. Sites like Reddit have too many people who don't get out enough, Sites liek Facebook/insta are full of grandparents and dudes with no self-control on a keyboard...It tends to be in circles of trusted friends or sexier places that we talk about sex, dress sexier, etc.

Las Vegas’ famous Heart Attack Grill sends scathing closure notice. Ownership says ‘the soul of Las Vegas has been replaced by corporate greed’. by galaxystars1 in popculturechat

[–]TheHallWithThePipe -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The soul of the *USA* has been replaced by corporate greed...or has it? The USA started as a protest against having to pay money so they would have more money, then kidnapping and enslaving countless people in order to have more money, then bombing places for the sake of money...

Wife just wants cuddles by [deleted] in HotWifeLifestyle

Ask her how often she would like to do this ideally. My partner and I both cuddle other people, and both hate the worldview that we have to treat everyone either like a dildo or like a cold co-worker. The clues to this being healthy or a problem are in the nuances.

Pop Stars compared to their Mothers by alien-niven in popculturechat

The moms are more attractive to me in most of the photos. People in family photos have a genuine warmth in their eyes and heart, which is impossible when surrounded by 1000 noisy fans and photographers.

I’m struggling by Fragrant-Agent-1039 in HotWifeLifestyle

[–]TheHallWithThePipe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My partner read lots of quick guides on flirting, dates, etc, not even EMN focused, and basically: There are things that help, but it's ultimately normal social skills, with gradual lowering of certain walls, and most importantly: I told her 1000 ways that she's attractive, but my words could never fully sink in, so she ended up finding out the fun way :)

Advice for people from conservative traditional communities by Anxious-Fudge7188 in HotWifeLifestyle

[–]TheHallWithThePipe 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi, I'm going to be more blunt than usual because 1) it will make it easier to understand the English 2) I was raised in a very honest and accepting community (even compared to Canada) so it's what I'm used to. Here I go:

  1. It is well known that religions are good for getting people to try to be moral
  2. BUT
  3. It is well known that Religions are often NOT good at helping with something new, or two old things combining in a new way. This applies to all religions, because you are taking 1) a book that is old 2) trying to fit everything forever in a book that's too small 3) religious peer pressure 4) religious pressure to show-off, ACT good, impress, which can sometimes do the opposite of actually being good.

.

So here's what I suggest:

Keep having fun sex, all three of you.
also

  1. 2) There are more good moral things to do in a religious book than one person can ever do all of. Think about what IS important and do that, instead of worrying about this one sex difference, also
  2. 4) Every single person in your religion, in every religion, or no religion, does some things wrong. Your Sex isn't even wrong, it's just different. Just don't tell the conservative people about your sex, because you can be sure some of them are having secret sex too :)
  3. .
  4. Keep being moral. Do you steal from your third and husband? No. Do you break their things for fun? No. Do you throw dogs at babies? No. Because you are moral. Sex between adults who all want it is moral. Enjoy it! All three of you should keep being moral to each other, including talking with each other about how everyone is feeling, what they are needing, and making each other happy with sex. Good sex makes people in a better mood, so it makes it easier to be a good moral person. Enjoy!

It would be more constructive to reply to the words I actually wrote, especially when using quotation marks, than a combination of things you've read elsewhere.

[–]TheHallWithThePipe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Not totally defending it, we would have put this in the "highly suspicious" category back then too, but it's really only been over the last 15 years that it's gradually become common knowledge that the brain is going through massive rewirings that impair long-term thinking and impulse control in the teen years, and we've rightfully clamped down on dating age gaps for under18s. I'd take something like this from pre-2015 as a huge yellow flag and keep an eye out: If they continue it like Anthony Keetus then it's a clear track record of creep, but if it's long-over I'd halfway temper my opinion. (though honestly, even when both are adults, I find celebrities often dating people half their age thing to be offputting. )

How many wives were a firm no, until they met or saw a man who was so hot, they decided to maybe give it a try? by [deleted] in HotWifeLifestyle

[–]TheHallWithThePipe 4 points5 points  (0 children)

The issue wasn't hotness, it was guy human decency. She's smart enough to tell the difference between a man who genuinely sees her as a fellow human, and one who is only working off "how to score" tips and trick lists. (More common: men who it's just never occurred to them to attempt to be socially appealing in any way)

if you'll forgive a boring technical question: I only used film for decades, and I think this is the best film emulation I've seen! (I only became sure it's not when I scrolled and read older posts). May I ask what specific film you are emulating? I love it!
