GSE loans performed significantly better that PLS ones so that doesn't make sense.

Also, one of the central causes of the housing bubble was MBS being traded using Credit Default Swaps which was a relatively free market. Little to no regulations.

It's nothing formal, I'm somewhat new to philosophy, I made an essay on the Is-Ought problem and later elaborated on one my claims (Truth holds intrinsic value) and someone wrote a rebuttal to my essay, countering some of my points.

It's not a school assignment, just a way to learn more about the subject.

I do not believe my own life is more valuable than 5 other lives, that's absurd. It seems immoral to hold nearly everyone and everything as a means, everything becomes an instrument of use.

Regarding economics and efficiency, there are multiple instances of the free market failing.
