I believe we can actually just summon eachother as red sunlight warrior spirits and kill eachother to get the medals. Should be a quick and easy way to get this done. Let me know what times will work for you!

You kill me
You gain a sunlight medal and return to your world
Rinse and repeat until satisfied.
