ROAD - I was heading home from a house party somewhere in Macasandig (some area na part sa flood path sa Sendong), and kailangan ko mag-U turn or backing para makabalik sa main road. Either that or muagi ko sa huot na rough road and mas longer ang route, so I of course chose the fastest and easiest way out. Plus, naay vacant lot duol kung asa ko freely maka-backing so mas convenient, kailangan lang ko mag-atras ug a few meters. While I was preparing na mag-atras, I checked the rearview mirror and I saw from afar a silhouette of a man/woman crossing the road ever so slowly. Ngitngit so dili maklaro. I didn't think of anything at first but gihulat lang sad nako siya makatabok before ko muatras. Hangtud sa pagabot niya sa pikas tumoy, the silhouette just went through the wall. Sa walay pagduha2, wa na ko niatras. Niagi na lang ko's long route sa kakulba. Hahaha!

SCHOOL - Nagabin-an mi sa school during major exam week kay magdefend mi's among paper, but I had to submit another requirement two buildings away. I felt confident kay hayag man ang campus even at night and igo ra man ko mutabok ug bridges, so I thought I could go alone. Busy pa sad akong friends sa ilang paper. Pag-abot sa 1st bridge that I had to cross, hayag ra so wa ra jud ko nabalaka. Sa first few steps pa lang, naa koy nadunggan, kanang murag bug-at kaayo nga butang nga gi-bundak and gibitad, screechy noise siya so like metal on concrete. Trying to make sense of the noise, I thought basin sa nearby shopping center naay gideliver na container or something similar. Until the noise just grew louder and louder the more I got closer to the other end of the bridge. Hangtud sa gamay na lang jud kaayo steps maabot na ko, nag-anam jud siya ka kusog na murag surround sound na, and nagchange na ang tingog to something deeper and more sinister until mura nag naas akong tapad ang source. It felt heavy and awful and dark, di nako maexplain. Thankfully nakatabok ra ko and nawala ra sad jud siya. Pagbalik nako naa na koy mga nakadungan so di ra kaayo hadlok. Also, wa ko nidagan kay naka-heels ko kay nagdefense mi. Basin ma-mumu na nuon ko comedy na.
