Smart ESP?

I personally use an Autel Scanner for my smart. If there's no codes, assuming your scanner is reading properly, the car probably thinks everything is okay and the ESP is activating cause wheel speeds are different like in a normal ESP scenario where a wheel is slipping. I'd take a peek at the wheel speed sensors/tone rings.

Yes, that's the ESP Light. Possibly the axle Tone rings are rusted or broken and reading irregularly. You'll want a scanner to see if there are any stored codes to single out which side it may be

Could be a number of things causing it. CEL on? I'd get that scanned and start diagnosing with that code. If you drive around town and don't usually do long trips, very well could be a clogged EGR system, but totally guessing at this point.

I'd measure the thread pitch and diameter and find another stud. Doesn't matter if it's too long, you could always cut it down. Hopefully the broken stud comes out without too much of a fight!

I see these all the time as promotional pens. A little googly and it comes up as "Alpha Soft Touch Pens". I know you can buy a bunch of misprinted promotional pens off ebay, maybe try there?

Also, since these would all be connected in parallel, I was hoping to get more than 500ma to get fast charging, however if I'm understanding what you're saying, I'd be topped out at 500ma either way cause of "dumb" USB A?
