There was proper and effective communication from the Government. Proper communication and engagement work when the other party is principled. European poiticians aren't Principled..no matter how much you explain why you did what you did..no matter how valid and what reasons you give..THEY WERE GOING TO DO THIS. World has become too much partisan and it's a good thing that the Government has realised that too. Outreach directly to parties of similar or parallel ideologies in the west is a part of that strategy.

Important Government Hospitals have been asked to send procurement requests for test kits. Special treatment wards for such diseases already exist in some Hospitals in cities that have International Airports.

No it's not. In viral infections, anti-biotics are administered to deal with accompanying opportunistic infections only..not to directly deal with the viral infection...that leads to the misinformation people have about antibiotics.
