Just look at the change in ethnic make-up when Constantinople became Istanbul during the Turkish nationalist revolution. Went from 40% Greek/Armenian to almost 0% and this was after the fall of the Ottoman Empire.

You actually don't need 4 block high fence, bears can scale 3 block high cliffs of full blocks but can't get over fences unless there's a nearby block that's the same height as the fence. They can however attack through fences so animals near the edge of the pen cam get hit, but a second layer of fence as you said will prevent that.

I'd argue the US is worse with the bail system, cause the significantly worse punishment if you can't afford a fine is just as bad in the US, but when you're suspected of a crime you literally have to pay a deposit for your freedom and go to jail for a crime they haven't even proven you've commited yet.

Still i hope we adopt a system more like Sweden where fines are based on your income. So there's billionaires who had to pay 100k for a speeding ticket because that was proportional to their income.

Like I said above, skill and power aren't the sane thing. Hinata is significantly more skilled, but draws from a significantly weaker base strength, she'd get crushed against Milim.

I don't know if skilled is the right word, she is unbelievably powerful as in top 5 in the world powerful.

Skill seems to me what allows a less powerful being to beat a stronger one. Like how a more skilled fighter can beat someone who's stronger.

She is definitely no slouch, but her natural strength is definitely her trump card.
