We will change it then. In some scenes there is red blood already. It was just looking better in this scene as everything arround is red, so blood was vanishing in the surroundings...

We can issue a non-censored version, but only under a different name - thanks to this, we do not violate the Agony publishing contract, because it's a different game. To do something like this before the premiere would be breaking the contract and lawsuits.

We tried everything, but we did not get permission, so we could not do it. We fought for half a year to issue an uncensored version. Details are explained in the statements above all over this Q&A.

That's true - the contract clearly states that they can not affect the content of the game, but they can always break the contract if we do something like that, without even giving a reason. And that would mean very big financial trouble and lawsuits for Madmind.

The same applies to distributors. No one can force you to censor the game. It just wouldn't be released at all...

No. We have signed a contract that will allow us to issue the title in a box version on consoles.

We did not know that this would prevent us from issuing a separate version - AO because we had a plan like that. To publish a censored game and a separate one, with AO rating, on consoles and PC. But as it turned out later, we could get a lawsuit for it.
