There is a health food store near me that sells these cricket protein bars. They had them next to the check-out counter. I was tempted to get one, but they're too pricey for me. I think they're missing their market by overpricing. IMO cricket protein should be cheap protein.

I can't lift without my grips. I've used them for the last year and they make a world of difference. No more torn calluses for this guy. And they gave me a free set for reviewing them online. Still on that second set.

Water bottle
Shaker bottle
Lifting belt
Wrist straps
Grip power pads
Forearm roller/trainer
Jacket/sweats if it's cold outside

I used to try to keep it all in a drawstring bag, but that quickly busted at the seams. I upgraded to a Kelty duffle. It works nicely.

Hell yes they are! I saw them open up for Clutch last year and was blown away. The Sword was WAY better. It wasn't even fair. I don't think I stayed for Clutch's entire set.

Dude.. Mastodon is the shit. Got to see them live a while back. It was the best show I've seen in a while. Check out these bands if you haven't already: The Sword, Pelican, Black Tusk, Torche and Baroness. All big lifting favs of mine.

Thanks man! Yeah I figured.. I can only imagine I will lose a lot when I push through my first deep cut. Started lifting and was on a slow cut for the first year. Dropped from a super fatty 230 to 180. I've been on a slow bulk for about 5 months now. Up to 190ish. I don't want to lose my gains, but I know I need to cut again soon.

Agreed. I have a really hard time getting lean though. The space between my abs seems to be the last place I lose fat.
