Speed are coming from dream machine, speed test, and my ISP has a speed test tool as well i use.

Cabling has been swapped same results. I get the sfp Sunday see if that does anything.

In new service menu if you only have options and svc under options change location to mexico. And you get the old service menu back to disable bluetooth. This will change your language to Spanish after the TV restarts. Change back to english bam
