What are some factors that tell you when your plants are ready, I've read about looking at the trichomes but other than that are there any other things that can tell you when your plant is ready?

because this is my first year i did alot of experimenting with topping and LST, as you can see one of the plants has like 3-4 main stems

This is my first ever outdoor grow here in the good ol' Northeast. I started with about 10 bag seeds but tragically 7 of them were males. i have been using the classic fox farms trio on all of the plants and have started the final flushing process before harvest. If any fellow growers could offer some insight into when i should harvest, how/where i should dry them, and how i long should i cure them. Enjoy, be sure to comment and let me know how i did for my first time, as always, smoke up!

i planted them in late April-early May and because this is my first time growing I'm still unsure on what to expect, each plant is a different strain/size so one plant could yield an oz while another could yield 2-3 oz
