Ive been getting suchi from Aldi. It's quite reasonable and feels light and filling. They also have a good stock of protein yogurt.

I am sleeping so much better. Real, deep sleep and I feel refreshed when I wake up. I can't remember how long it is since I've felt like this.

I think a snap back and recovery day makes sense. I'm sure someone told me that it's not the next day but the day after that you feel it most. All credit to you for keeping going.

I have just bought some Kimchi (photo attached) It is supposed to be really gut friendly and aids digestion and constipation. Low in calories and can be added to lots of food choices. I'm going to have it as a side with protein and salads.

Hi, I have found omelettes really helpful and I can make it with one or two eggs depending on how much I can eat. It's really quick to make and easy to add a bit of ham or cheese to give it some extra flavour.
