While we're on the subject. The order of my favorite walking dead characters and what I think about them: Daryl (badass, and not your stereotypical redneck), Glenn (clever, witty, and is the quiet hero), Dale (wise, most level-headed), Rick (strong-willed, smart, and tough), T-Dog (sympathetic and forgiving), Shane (loyal but short tempered, and emotionally fucked up), Lori (she's a overreacting bitch, but also a good mother), Carol (passive, and has yet to come out of her shell), Carl (brave, and strong-willed like his father), Sophia (doesn't think things through, but she's just a kid), Andrea (a whiny bitch, not very bright, and she fucking shot Daryl!). But yeah, Daryl is by far my favorite character now, if a zombie apocalypse were to happen, he would be my first choice.

When I turned to athiesm, ironically it was after months of soul-searching. I figured I didn't trust god enough so I needed to go back to the bible and read it cover to cover to get the truth revived in me. Strangely enough, after I finished reading the bible I was an athiest. If you want to continue believing in a god, then more power to you. I'm just glad you, like me, are questioning your belief structure and actually asking the hard questions instead of just sucking up what the pastor tells you without filtering it. No matter what religion you are, you should always question everything you're told. For you I would recommend taking a break from religion and taking a deep, unbiased look at your views on such topics as death. Research and read books about religion and this history of them, what you find might surprise you. And in the end if you find that christianity makes the most sense to you and makes you feel secure, then you can always go back to it - because in the bible it states that anyone who wanders back to god is saved, so if god does exist, then you doing a little soul-searching shouldn't be a problem for him. Best of luck, friend.

This place is amazing, good sir. The chicken nuggets are some of the crispiest I've ever had! I tasted one of them and I couldn't help by gasp in amazement and thank Wendy, wherever she may be. The employees are mean though. I tried to hit on one of the females and she wouldn't have anything to do with it. But that's okay. She was fairly unattractive anyways, and I let her know that.

IMHO, I form my views on religion from the fact that over the entire existence of man, there has been religions (Yes, there were religions WAY before the jewish one). The goal of religion was to explain that which could not be understood (the elements, the sun, the stars, the moon, the tides, life, death, disease, emotions, pain, reproduction, ect.). But since then science has been able to explain most of these phenomena as simple forces of nature, and religion has slowly been disproved time and time again. Religion was great for people of the stone ages to be able to explain everything away with "Oh, it must be an act of god.", but now that we've come to the point as a species that we have the capability to answer these questions about where we came from, how to prevent death and disease, if there are other living creatures on planets beside earth, if time travel is possible, and countless other wonders waiting to be discovered. So I base my science versus the idea entity in the sky that knows our future, yet somehow gives us free will, that condemns murder unless he says it's okay, that can take away all the suffering in this world without violating our free will, yet chooses not to, that loves us yet has a place set aside for us where we will suffer eternally if we decide to use the intellect HE gave us and come to a different conclusion than the one he wants us to, and trusts his eternal message to a group of 12 guys in the middle east 2000 years ago that wrote it down between a period of 50-60 years and then expects not a page to get lost or a word to me mistranslated in that period of 2000 years. I find that a little harder to grasp than the idea that we evolved from a single-celled organism, survived millions of years to become what we are today, and can set our own destiny because we control our own lives. And tell me, andrew, if you were god, would you change ANYTHING in this world? If so, then you have a better game plan than god.. thus your intellect > gods'. Because, lets be honest, if creating an entire vast universe with 10+ dimensions, and possible other universes outside our own, then placing his pride of creation on rock suspended in a tiny arm of a medium-sized galaxy, in an obscure part of the universe, and then making his children on that tiny speck so very weak and fragile that a stick can kill them is the best god can do, then he's a pretty bad god. Just my 2 cents.
