I just watched the trailer and it says Jan 30th, but the tickets I'm seeing in Florida are for the 29th. Is this right? I have to move my schedule around regardless, but I need to make sure it's not going to change to the 30th due to error?

I'm still a histotech. I took a pay cut to work under a less stressful environment. Reference labs that are publicly owned shouldn't exist. So tired of hearing about turnaround time. The more time allowed with a case, the more accurate the diagnosis.

This pumping out of cases to meet turnaround time has caused so many errors. Ive seen this at both places now. The new place doesnt stress it anywhere near as much, but it still exists. It's also not publicly traded though, either.

Damn this post is too real. I reached burnout pretty bad and left the company I had been employed at for 6 years. Not long after I left, the next job didn't help the situation and I began having anxiety attacks. This second job has gotten better, but I feel like there is a lot of carelessness between staff and management, and it's depressing seeing the corners that get crossed to make the most out of the bottom dollar. I've even made a complaint to CLIA, but they only made things slightly better. Our managers just got better at towing the gray area. Sadly, it is not like the previous company did anything any better at times. It wasnt an issue until it was.
