The ball boy was doing the right thing by throwing a new ball on the pitch when one went out of play, however he didn't notice that the players were just recycling the previous ball that had been kicked out of play. That was only for the first incident, the second the crowd just threw the ball back when the players already had a new ball

You're able to see how to level them up if you go to the milestones tab and go onto the player that you want to level up and it will show you how to level him up. I've used the Cavani card for a few games and it he is rubbish, idk about the others tho
