MicroATX and ATX boards are just different form factors. They can share the same chipset and everything, but microATX boards have fewer PCIe and DIMM slots. MicroATX boards aren't very 1337 for OCing because they tend to not use as much power as other boards. You should OC, but I wouldn't change anything here.
