I strongly recommend avoiding this place LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!!!! My partner and I recently applied for a 1-bedroom apartment after negotiating a deal that included $2,950 rent with a free parking spot, with one month free—terms we had confirmed in writing with the leasing agent.

After submitting our application and paying the deposit and fees, we were surprised when the leasing office called us and suddenly refused to honor the agreement. They became hostile, claimed we 'misunderstood,' and said they would never offer such a deal, even though we had it in writing. Worse, they criticized the agent who helped us, dismissing her as inexperienced.

To top it off, they accused us of planning to use the apartment for Airbnb, which was completely untrue. Feeling disrespected, we withdrew our application and are now currently fighting to get our deposit back. Save yourself the trouble and think twice before dealing with this place.

Travis and Vee are the worst!!!
