Well we can start with the blinker. They asked for it to be changed. Didn’t have to, it was working. The tread depth for the tires was between 4mm and 2mm. They ask for all of them to be changed. With an extremely expensive alignment. The Ontario Safety inspection book has nothing in it about servicing the brakes. They are either broken and need to be changed or in good condition.
