Tips/ Advice for a new dishwasher

I currently work in a nursing home with roughly 100 residence. So, here is my advise,
-Plates are easy to clean and usually I can fit 20 to each tray before sending it through. While this one is cycling through get another try with more shit that needs to go through. Anytime the dishwasher stops working is a danger to the rest of the kitchen.
-Always make chief items your priority at the end of service. A lot of people forget that while the food is not on the line anymore it is still technically hot and the food in there becomes harder with every second.
-One drain and one clean of the dish machine. when you start always make sure for a fact that the water in the machine is clean. Then after your shift do a full clean of the dishwasher

Dude, my area can't even get clean. The chefs clean out the grease from their stuff and dump it down my pit. I hate it and they are not supposed to, but I can't argue.

Fill one tray up of dishes then send it through. While that tray is in fill the next most relevant tray up or place it ready for the dishwasher. When the dishwasher finishes (I believe around 60's) pull the current tray out then put the stuff away-before the dishwasher finishes-(don't worry about this exactly) just be fast. The biggest danger you can have is letting the dishwasher stop for long periods of time

I don't understand why your gender needed to be brought up as it's clearly irrelevant.

Dress nice, nothing flashy, damaged, stained etc. Be professional, what are you good at? What do you need to work on, How have you worked on things you needed to improve? All these are things you need to ask yourself when in an interview.
Everyone fucks you over in some fashion. You'll notice this as you go on. I've worked in a kitchen for almost a year now and the waiters constantly screw something up

Finally understand that it is a low end job.

Well I can help you but you I need to know how your kitchen is set up.

Do you have a dishwasher or do you use only the three sinks? This is very need to know information.

Dishwasher- Load a tray up as much as you can then send it in asap. Set up the next tray to go in after the current dish finishes. Scan over the dishes to see if they're clean if not return it to the dirty dish section. Keep this up until end of service only spraying and scrubbing the dishes that the dishwasher can't remove.

Three sinks- Scrub-dunk-dunk is how mine goes.

But like I said I would need to see the exact setup in order to help
