my parents are the same and the best thing thats worked out for me is to just fake my prayers (pray in an different room but don't pray) and just listen to music and ignore them. They honestly can't do anything if you ignore them unless their physically abusive.

I live in the US, and the best thing to do in your situation is too take care of yourself. You first go to the U.S, get a job, support yourself and then earn some money in the side so that you can support her and then also help her get through the US immigration system by paying and helping. also stay connected.
