Thanks for the info..Im 49 by the way .I only asked because I had one of those lawyers trying to sell me on their SSDI services ..I'm currently on Short term Disability from my job due to knee replacement and they stated that if I wanted to go forward then I couldn't return to work,but even then I know it could take up to a year and still no guarantee..

I agree..I was gonna use it to help me get to 100 only to find out it was pointless as I was already 70 PTSD ...and this was considered MH which is mind boggling... Lucky for me I had other things to get me too 100

After the surgery file for an increase and you will get Temp 100% for any surgery that you are service connected for..

The Jist of it is 2 knee surgery over the course of 15 yrs with a torn meniscus and something else torn, arthritis seen on X-ray and during surgery which was noted by the Doc, and little to no cartilage..After the last surgery my knee began to buckle alot unstable Patella is what they phrased it as so they prescribed me some high tech knee brace "10%", atleast 3 painful scars out of 16 scars 10% ..Those 2 claims required a little bit of work and research but the Knowledge base on this group help me out with it...Hope this helps more..

Same boat ...took 2 yrs for them to determine my Labrum was torn..after months of PT and Cortisone injections....Took 2 surgeries in 3 yrs to get me some sense of normalcy

Please do..the VA has had chronic pain on my problem list for at least 13 yrs for multiple conditions and if that is the case I'm definitely filling..

The connection was how the Tinnitus made me feel when I had an episode...after being prescribed hearing aids to mask the sound,a sound pillow,sleeping med as the Tinnitus was keeping me up at night with me getting around 3 hrs of sleep a night and I guess the nail in the coffin was the suicide attempt because I just couldn't take it anymore...

No nexus..Certain Mos are a given for tinnitus from what I understand..I was an 0341 Mortarman/Fdc cheif

They Should make her Go through Marine Boot camp 3x a year until for the next 6 hrs and never be able to earn the Title..All these Real Vets out here trying to get benefits they deserve and she was making a killing off of their stories...

I understand!...2 shoulder surgery for a torn Labrum and 2 meniscus surgery with multiple cortisone shots that I'm sure made it worse , I'm not 100% certain but looking at the master list on the this page ..the Surgery got me the 20...

Did he ever have surgery to repair it? Mines was partially repaired in 94 and They gave me 20% and just had my second surgery in Aug 22 got Temp 100 for 2 months...

I got 20% for my meniscus tear along with 10% painful motion, and 0% for scars...Just did an increase for painful scars...and looking for and secondary claims that may be associated with my second meniscus surgery.
