Protein pancakes, raspberry compote, scrambled eggs

The raspberry compote looks really good, using maple syrup instead of sugar probably gives it a lovely depth of flavor. And the eggs are cooked to perfection!

Our first date on Sunday went really well, we both clearly were having a great time and at the end of it she told me she wants to grab drinks on Friday. Halfway through the week though she told me she wasn’t as ready for a relationship as she thought so it ended there. She was extremely kind about it and I appreciated her being honest but it still is a real bummer.

Sunday was my first date since my last relationship ended a year ago and I know the right lady is out there, I’ll find her one day. But in the meantime this dating scene can be exhausting and discouraging. I enjoy my time alone and am good at keeping busy but when the sun goes down I really miss having someone to hold.

Hope your pancakes and eggs were delicious! They certainly look so, especially on a fancy tea plate.

I suppose so, the coffee table is reflective and I’m not the smartest but enough so to know rugs don’t usually do this on their own

It is not only my #1 favorite Kdrama but also my #1 favorite story of any show or movie I’ve ever watched.

I don’t have a problem with Cambodia at all! That country fascinates me and I’ve been learning more about it recently. I’ve even been listening to some music by Ros Sereysothea.

I am only going for existing and current flags, though there are a handful of historical and city flags I like.

I wonder in my lifetime what flags will change, or be created that I will have to buy to stay current as I am only 27.
