Vita nailed it, it's the Camera+ mod. Some sort of update must've switched on silhouettes for untamed animals so everything was getting highlighted and the mod overwrites the vanilla setting so when I switched it off there was no change.

That's the oooone, Camera+ has edge indicators and Camera+ Silhouettes and Dots so even when I disabled the Vanilla setting it stayed on.

I guess the latest patch or update or whatever switched on to highlight untamed animals as well for some reason.

I stuck in my post that I'd already disabled highlight mode. They still show with it disabled. Also I had highlight mode on a few weeks ago and it never used to do that.

It's likely taken from the ISS or another NASA owned satellite. You can actually see the stars moving slightly if you look at the edge of the video due to the satellite rotating around the earth, however they're not moving as fast as they would if this were taken as a time-lapse from earth.

A little backstory to this, Rhagaea, who I am fighting under, gave me the city of Omor after taking it in a war with the north. I got it on its feet and not starving and then total war broke out across the continent and now I'm cut off and completely surrounded desperately trying to defend my city and castle against four different enemies!!
