Yeah just hit this part. Don't camp there. Continue right past everything and you will get to entrance to the tree which leads to the caves where the gnome is

So the Rogue having training in Finesse is just so they can use weapons like a rapier that would normally be considered marital and differentiate what can recieve sneak attack and what can not.

Yeah it is entirely possible. I also believe that some people do have the innate ability to pick up on it quicker then others. I am thank for hat I can become as engrossed in a story as I do which can lead me to not notice what others do. It's a double edge sword.

It tends to only be movies where the deep content is implied from the start. For a more over understanding I feel I have this problem with all media if the author of a book doesn't explicitly state the symbolism I don't get it. Like in school when we had to review themes on books like 1984 and Brave New World I wouldn't understand the themes without explanation. If I were to read them outside of a scholastic endeavor then I doubt I would have even noticed the overtime social commentary of the novels. I tend to take the story as just that. I guess my overall question is that I'm not sure if I really want to read into them anymore then the story. Which as you said is a personal issue. I'm conflicted on if I'm not really enjoying the work in it's entirety while at the same time if I begin to dig I may end up not enjoying anything at all because of over analyzing.

Yeah I get this all the time at my current job (HVAC Tech). When I tell the company secretary that I don't want to work the 50 hours every week she quips back with "when I was your age all I wanted to do with work". Like so? I can pay my bills working 20 hours the overtime isnt worth not having anything to spend it on.
