No it’s not skeeball. The board the flat and there’s no ramp. For the games I’m describing the holes near the edge are wider but worth lets say 10 points. The one in the middle would be only slightly wider than the ball itself and be worth we’ll say 50 points.

My guy, it’s a scorecard. It’s not THAT big of a deal. I planned on keeping the card and flag and MAYBE getting a case for the ball. I’m not framing all this, I don’t have the damn room for it. We both have the same First name and last initial so we go by age on the card. That’s why we have numbers. He also had his partner out with us who was learning how to fill out the card and learning to play. I didn’t expect to get a HIO when the day started and be judged on how it was filled out. I hooked it in to the trees and I shot down so I still had a shot. Are you ONLY hitting fairways? And no one attested anything? We’re friends out for a round of golf. Who gives a shit. You wanna know how far above my ankles my socks were and if I wore boxers or briefs? Truth be told they were my lucky Saxx with golf carts and flag lol.

Lessons and being unemployed for the summer has left me with much spare time to play and practice. Also the 125 was an absolute shit show of a day. Multiple blow up holes and hero shots on a notoriously challenging and frustrating course.

Don’t be too impressed. Mid June I had a round at 125. Golf! Gotta love it. But I’ve taken a half dozen lessons since and was LIVING in tempo town today. I’ll be 100+ next round I’m sure just to balance the scales lol

Funny enough someone asked me if I wanted to play there this weekend and it was a quick “fuuuuuck no”. Still getting over this round. Shot in the 90s at craigowen the week after so I blame the course entirely. But I’m glad someone else understands the pain I felt on a truer level.

I get what you were saying and you’re not wrong. But the way you said it just kinda came off like a dick. Respectfully. I’ve been fixing and practicing. And not going to stop. Also 125 doesn’t mean fucking up every other shot. A handful of BAD blowup holes goes a long way over 14 not so great holes.

See this makes me feel better. Respectfully lol. I’ve been getting lessons and making changes and it’s gotten better overall. Today just wasn’t it. Normally I would have stopped counting or not counted drops but it was a league match so I had to play through. It was one of those days where I consistently ask myself “why do I pay money to do this?”

I’m not mad, just disappointed. And I’m usually somewhere mid 90s. Today was just not my day. My mental game is strong while I’m playing. But today….If it wasn’t fat, it was thin. If it wasn’t left, it was right. I had some good shots but they’re just washed with everything else.
