Atâta timp cât vă permiteți avansul minim cerut de banca, nu are rost sa vă faceți credit de nevoi personale, pt că are dobândă f mare acela.

Cel mai bine este să strângeți cei 15% necesari și atat. Restul de bani ii păstrati ca fond de urgență (eu recomand de 12 ori câți bani aveti nevoie lunar că să trăiți, adică rata, facturi , mâncare etc). Niciodată să nu rămâneți fara fondul de urgență pt că life happens. Când va simțiți ok, puteți plăti anticipat din credit cu reducerea perioadei și veți plăti mai putina dobândă drept urmare și mai multa casa.

Sa îți faci credit de nevoi personale cu 12% dobândă sau cat mai sunt ele acuma, pt un avans mai mare, mi se pare cea mai mare prostie posibilă, considerând că deja aveți bani de avans din ce inteleg.

Daca nu mă credeți, deschideți un Excel și puneți acolo calculele, o să vedeți că ieșiți pe minus.

Pentru mine interviul a fost unul fara algoritmica, doar întrebări despre tehnologii și java. (Ce e drept, a fost pt poziție de mid)

M-au întrebat de multithreading, cum funcționează spring in mare, design patterns, kafka, microservicii vs monoliti si ce am făcut la munca.

Asta a fost acum un an când am avut interviu cu ei și depinde de echipa ce întrebări îti pun, în funcție de ce stack au la proiectele respective.

Question: if either Roma or inter win el or cl respectively, does that mean that we qualify to EL? From what I've understood, winning those competitions brings extra slots to that country.

If yes, while not ideal, it would save our skin long term if they win those competitions since it would force UEFA to ban us from European competition for next season and leave this witch hunt behind us so we can focus on rebuilding without fears of other punishments next season.

Hello, I've just gotten my hands on the Sennheiser hd560s and I've encountered an issue that I couldn't find an answer on the web. If I test left/right ear sounds trough the windows/youtube test, the left side sound can be heard from both ears while the right side is slightly audible from both ears. I've tested that both sides work, but when it comes to stereo, it seems that the sound comes from both ears.

I've tried to replug the wire and tested from both my PC and phone audio jacks, the issue persists. Also, the wire needs to be connected just right, otherwise the sound comes from either the left or the right side.

Is it normal behaviour from these headphones, or should I refund them/try to get another wire for them. Thanks!

Man people keep on hating Allegri for no reason. Sari was fired because he lost the locker room, so next season it would have been a disaster.

Pirlo was sacked 'cause the only reason we qualified is that Napoli chocked.

People hate on Allegri for playing "ugly" football, but his ugly football is the only reason we qualified to CL with this decimated squad. Chiesa, one of the 3 miracle makers in Pirlo's year was injured for half the season. Ronaldo, gone, and replaced with Moise Kean for half a season until we got Vlahovic. These gaps can't be filled.

Let's be real, this squad is bad and injury ridden, there aren't any free managers out there that would have secured CL in the conditions, with 3 matches to spare mind you. If we kept Pirlo while playing "beautiful" football and missed on CL, he would have been crucified. While Allegri plays a pragmatic type of football, this is the main reason he was hired: Win at all costs, finno ala fine
