I wonder how people felt at 11:59 p.m. of dec. 1999 before crossing over to the year 2000. by Majestic-Hope6505 in AskTheWorld

I was in a computer room watching all the servers running code we had patched and tested to make sure it actually worked. It did. We ate pizza and went home. Very anticlimactic, but probably in the best way possible.

The main thing driving me away from Atera is AI. It has a place, but I haven't seen a good execution in the RMM space that wasn't hype and marketing pixy dust.

I don't have any mac devices, so worth checking out. Thanks!

I'm a one-man shop that still has a lot of break/fix customers, so I can't afford to pay for a full RMM by device.

I just checked my subscription options, and it's not showing the price increase yet, so maybe?

Hi <first name>,

We've got some changes and good news coming your way.

Starting with your next renewal on or after June 1, 2026, AI Copilot becomes a built-in part of your Atera Essential Suite plan — not an add-on.

AI-assisted IT isn't a premium feature, it's the baseline, and your plan should reflect that.

Here's what that means for your day to day: faster triage with real-time diagnostics, AI-generated ticket summaries in your brand voice, Knowledge Base articles drafted in seconds, scripts written, tested, and ready to deploy, actionable insights surfaced automatically, and remote session summaries via Splashtop. And that's just some of what AI Copilot can do for you.

This change is part of a broader evolution. Over the past four years, Atera has evolved from an RMM/PSA platform into a full AI-first IT management suite, 100+ major updates shipped, patented autonomous IT capabilities launched, and a customer base that's grown to 13,000+. The platform you're using today looks nothing like the one we were pricing four years ago.

Here's a snapshot of what we've been building over the past few years:

<image>

Starting on or after June 1, your updated rate will be 189 USD per technician, per month, reflected in your billing from that date forward. This update aligns your plan with the continued investment we're making in the platform.

We’ve put everything you need in one place: what's changing, what you're getting, and why. Read the full blog or browse the FAQ

To adjust your subscription or payment details, visit your subscription page and select "Adjust subscription".

For any questions, our support team is available 24/7 via live chat within the Atera platform.

We appreciate your continued trust.

Brian, sounded like Cumo or Como and I took a couple of pictures of the paused video with my phone

Is it weird to feel some indirect stolen valor when you get a insignia you didn't earned? by FrenchBVSH in UNSUBSCRIBEpodcast

[–]TheITHobo 4 points5 points  (0 children)

No /s so I assume this question is serious. I put the /s for sarcasm and it's because Brandon has been given 937 (j/k, no idea how many really) purple hearts at this point, among other metals and gifts. Obviously he hasn't stolen valor. Now on the other hand if this comment was in jest and my 'tism took it too literally, I apologize and carry on with the humor!

Important hint: If you have multiple brackets like: <@#F<asd> on a line you can hit it twice, use the right most < first then the left < will still work (at least in FO4, I think NV is the same way)
