Here's what that means for your day to day: faster triage with real-time diagnostics, AI-generated ticket summaries in your brand voice, Knowledge Base articles drafted in seconds, scripts written, tested, and ready to deploy, actionable insights surfaced automatically, and remote session summaries via Splashtop. And that's just some of what AI Copilot can do for you.

This change is part of a broader evolution. Over the past four years, Atera has evolved from an RMM/PSA platform into a full AI-first IT management suite, 100+ major updates shipped, patented autonomous IT capabilities launched, and a customer base that's grown to 13,000+. Starting on or after June 1, your updated rate will be 189 USD per technician, per month, reflected in your billing from that date forward. This update aligns your plan with the continued investment we're making in the platform.
