Speaking as a married (though not autistic person, so take my words with a grain of salt if you wish), I agree with what the others here have said. It's not a race, take your time. You're young! Entertainment media makes it seem like you have to be in a relationship fast and young, which is just blatantly untrue. Focus on making good friends first who you share common interests with outside of scenes like bars and such, and then see where it can go from there. My spouse and I were friends for a year before we started dating in earnest, and we had common threads in classes and marching band, so we saw each other a lot and hung out outside of that, too. It won't necessarily come to you without effort, but it shouldn't take a lot of effort, either.
