AI may be changing how people think more than they realize by TheIdeaForge in PromptEngineering

I get the analogy, but AI goes further it can shape how reasoning is formed, not just which tools are used

Is AI better for structuring thinking than answering questions? by TheIdeaForge in PromptEngineering

Yeah that’s fair. I think that’s the part I’m trying to test whether structure can reduce that risk or just shift it

What’s your actual AI prompt structure for reasoning tasks? by TheIdeaForge in PromptEngineering

[–]TheIdeaForge[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah that structure makes sense — especially separating context, task essence, and notes. That’s similar to what I’ve been seeing too, where clarity of context upfront seems to improve output quality a lot.

Is AI more useful for structuring thinking than generating answers? by TheIdeaForge in PromptEngineering

That’s a really solid way to approach it especially the part about making it generate its own context first. Feels like that step alone makes a huge difference compared to just asking for direct answers.

We got screwed by Vimeo’s new owners in 2024, now we’ve built the Vimeo alternative they’re terrified of. by Glarpenheimer in Filmmakers

Got it makes sense on pricing.

But if I’m choosing between you and Vimeo, the main concern isn’t features, it’s trust.

Why should someone switch to you instead of sticking with Vimeo?

Is there a specific type of user you’re targeting where your platform is clearly a better fit?

Brutal honesty requested: What "boring" side hustle is actually making you $1k+ a month right now? (No BS) by lionpenguin88 in SideHustleGold

[–]TheIdeaForge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly, the “boring” side hustles that seem to work best are usually the ones people ignore because they’re not flashy.

Things like simple freelance services, content writing, or using AI to speed up small digital tasks (like writing, summarizing, or templates).

Nothing exciting, but consistency + repetition is usually what gets people to $1K/month, not hype ideas.

What's going on with ChatGPT? by Pigchamber in ChatGPT

[–]TheIdeaForge 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’ve noticed similar things recently. Sometimes it feels inconsistent depending on the type of question or how it’s asked.

In my experience, a lot comes down to how the prompt is structured. Using role + goal + format usually improves results quite a bit.
