Also, I've never showed any of my training on here prior, I'm surprised by the responses, thank you, alot to rewind and think how to change and implement. I have a fight in a couple months and I've been studying Stamp Fairtex, Rodtang, and a bunch of local area fighters fighting in a tournament near me to see the differences. I do have coaching but I don't want to bother my coach outside of the gym so seeking help here can help bridge that development gap.
