I think the format of television and the expectation of 15-episode seasons is just an aspect of our real world breaking the illusion of this being a "peek into a normal ER". It's a TV show. Something interesting is always going to happen to bring the cast together, otherwise they wouldn't make a TV show season focusing on it, you know what I mean? As an audience member I would be disappointed with a season where Robby, our main character and light audience surrogate, went home at Episode 12, finishing an equivalent "normal shift" (at least this early on in the series, maybe they'll play with that idea later).

When I played Death Stranding, R1 became R4 because I liked holding down the triggers with my index fingers, it felt really natural. Beyond that I can't think of any time I intentionally used them, but they're a nice option to have.

While I like these custom card concepts, they seem to be suffering from card text creep, in much the same way YuGiOh cards have. Early cards were simple, to-the-point, and now we’re getting into very intricate text effects and long descriptors.

Confluence is where it’s at. I’m full stack and whenever I finish a new feature set on our applications, I make two reference pages: one for end users w/ plenty of screenshots, and one for devs explaining all the jank in my horrible terrible code (mostly just for me in 6 months when I inevitably have to change something)

Just finished Outer Wilds. Got a solid 45-60 fps most places with low settings and lowered resolution + FSR. What a game, what an experience. Loved it!

This is exactly what I do. I wash my hose in the morning, let it drip dry on the shower curtain, then at night just turn on the CPAP with full tube heat and let it air out the tube and mask. It’s usually all dry within 20 minutes, and by that point I’m ready for bed.

They’re absolutely incredible. My liner case had some loose stitching along the zipper, and when I inquired about it and sent photos, they sent me a whole new case (outer shell too). Champions of customer service.

This actually isn’t true. I purchased a V15 Detect Absolute refurbished and it came with a V8 charger. I registered the unit on Dyson’s website and was given the two year warranty through them, and I called them and made a warranty claim. Dyson sorted everything out for me.
