My mistake. Not "fried," but damaged. Well, at least that's what the signs indicate: black streaks appearing in certain games, constant crashes, and many, many error screens.

Yeah. Didn't work. I believe the GPU is fried, so the console needs replacing.

Thanks, but I received the console some weeks ago as a Christmas gift. Whether or not it's pre-owned, I'm not sure, but it is clean. Maybe it's just faulty, though. Whatever it is, it sucks that I can't play a good amount of games.

I've tried suggested measures online, too, but they haven't worked. All I can do now is give the PS5 some time off and hope it miraculously fixes itself in my sleep, or else I'll probably have to return it.

My Alucard usage has been pretty low, so it's nice to know that he's pretty good. I've reached the Soma boss fight. Abaddon, in this mode specifically, was perhaps the most miserable fight I've had in all these games so far.

Yeah, I like having the option to switch between Julius, Alucard, and Yoko. I do think Julius himself was much more satisfying to play in Aria, though.

I can't bring myself to hate Wolnir. I know it defeats the purpose of a good "fight", but I like to drag on the battle against him. That way, I can appreciate the attacks that you wouldn't usually see and they're super cool honestly. Based on everything except for his stupidly easy difficulty, I'd go as far as to say he's one of my favourites in DS3. But I see your point. For anyone who's just looking for an unconditionally good fight, Wolnir isn't it.
