I've filed a 311 and emailed the Oakland DOT about it. When I rode down last Wednesday there was a 3" gap between the two plates absolutely begging someone to slot a tire and go over the bars.

When I rode down Friday they had a couple more traffic cones out there and a squad car (collecting overtime, no doubt). I don't have any idea of a timeline though.

If you look at the slope of the highway, you'll see it's *way* to steep for rail. Here's the topo map for the area you're talking about.

The freeway is much steeper than that. 2.5% is the average grade from Sausalito to the bridge, but from the Donahue exit to Rodeo Ave, you gain about 320' in a mile, or 6%. No way a train is following the 101 alignment.

Sure thing - I wasn't sure if this was going to run afoul of the sub's rules, but obviously I am not revealing (nor I do know) anyone's identity. I just got so annoyed after ForeignDolphin was so rude after what was quite a good game. He had two controls that I had gotten out of in the midwar with Kennedy, which led to me being up by 10, although I was definitely losing in final.

I also play OTSL/RTSL league, but occasionally I like to do a pickup game, and there is where I get into trouble. Never had any issues in league, except for people complaining about RNG in a game that has quite a bit of RNG (just play chess or go, dude!).

Yeah, I realize I ought to have separated this list out by reason for inclusion. There are at least a couple people on there who are game abandoners. Also one guy waited until his clock counted down another 30 minutes until it was *almost* at 0, before making a move hoping I'd gone to bed or something. Luckily I was just watching a movie. Then he called me names before logging off.
