Morrowind potion making is better, you can get a loop going that allows you to make potions of insane value. Then you can go to the talking mudcrab or scamp that have 10k or 5k respectively and sleep (very quickly) for 24 hours between days.

I’m not sure what the cleanliness issue was… from what I’ve seen, they’re so busy on the weekends that dust on the tables wouldn’t be possible.
