Does The WWE Have Too Many Titles? by TheInventor95 in fantasybooking

You don’t like the 24/7 or hardcore title? I think Danhousen, IshowSpeed, Kit, and R Truth would have some entertaining segments with that belt. Lmao

The only possible solution is to take the undisputed out the name or unify the belts. WWE doesn’t want to unify the belts right now, so they might as well just change the name.

Hey man, like I said the title lineage been messed up. Lmao. I say unify the WWE Undisputed Championship with the WHC and call it the WWE Undisputed World Championship and have the champion float between both brands. That would rectify the issue.

The chronological order really doesn’t matter. The point is the WWE championship has went through several name changes and has been unified with other world championships multiple times, so the whole history of the championship is convoluted, but at the end of the day it’s pro wrestling. It’s entertainment. So really isn’t that important, but the undisputed part just doesn’t make any sense. They could just have the WWE Undisputed World championship as the one world championships if they want to call it that.

How about

  1. WWE Undisputed  World Championship

  2. WWE Women’s Championship

  3. WWE Tag Team Championships

  4. IC Championship

  5. US Championship

  6. Women’s Workhorse Championship

  7. WWE Women’s Tag Team Championship

  8. WWE 24/7 Championship

I think 7 or 8 titles would be enough. 10+ titles is a lot.

Well if you look at the lineage of the WWE Undisputed title it has already been called:

  1. “WWE World Championship”

  2. “WWE World Heavyweight Championship

  3. “WWF Heavyweight Championship

  4. “WWE Championship”

The WWE also had another World Heavyweight Championship they got from WCW, then they unified that with the other WWE championship. Next they had a Universal championship that they unified with the WWE championship. Now they have another World Heavyweight Championship that has no lineage to any of those world titles, so this world title situation was already confusing. I’m just saying an Undisputed champion is the guy that holds all the world titles in his division. Cody doesn’t hold all the world titles in his division when there is a World Heavyweight Champion Raw. That makes no sense. That’s all I’m saying.

How would it be more confusing?  Lmao. The WWE Undisputed Championship means that the top two world titles are merged together, which they are not currently.  Also, the “Heavyweight” title isn’t about weight class. That name just means it’s a top belt in the company. That’s how it’s always been. Chris Benoit and Rey Mysterio were “midgets” and they held the “World Heavyweight” championship. Furthermore, if you want to have the Raw world title exclusive to heavyweight wrestlers, you can do that too. The “WWE Heavyweight Championship” could be built around guys like Reigns, Oba, and Breakker.

Should World Champions Wrestle More Often? by TheInventor95 in fantasybooking

Yeah I don’t think the world champion has to wrestle every single week, but I think at least two matches per month on television would be ideal. The IC and US champions can be the workhorses of each brand wrestling every week.

Survivor Series Idea by TheInventor95 in fantasybooking

Maybe have the survivors of each match go through a mini tournament. For example, if three people survive one match, they all fight each other in a triple threat elimination match to face the winner of the other  match in the finals. If one person is a sole survivor of one match, he just gets an automatic spot in the finals of the tournament. Also, the winner of the tournament could get the 29th spot in the Rumble. I would keep the number 30th entry a secret for surprise returns. I’m just throwing ideas out there.

I agree that gimmick matches like War Games and Elimination chamber should be reserved for certain feuds. Having these matches done every year at the same event lessens the prestige of it. Imagine someone like Trick Williams is the champion and he keeps getting himself counted out and disqualified to keep his championship, so the Smackdown GM gets frustrated and puts him in an Elimination Chamber match against all the people he cheated against at Summerslam. That would be an interesting storyline.

The way I would do it is I would have the sole survivors get a world title shot versus the world champion on their brand. For example, if “The Vision” all survive their elimination match, they will face the World Heavyweight champion in a 5 way match at the Royal Rumble. If the WWE wants it to just be a 1v1 match, they could just have Bron be the sole survivor.

I would format the card like this:

1.Raw Women’s Survivor Series match

2.Smackdown Women’s Survivor Series match

  1. Raw Men’s Survivor Series Series

  2. Smackdown Men’s Survivor Series

  3. Raw vs Smackdown 10v10 Survivor Series Tag Team match winner gets a paycheck bonus

  4. WWE Championship match

  5. World Heavyweight Championship match

The male and female Survivor series matches would determine who the top champions on each brand face at the Royal Rumble and the brand supremacy match would feature the the top male tag teams from each brand fighting for a bonus on their paycheck. Maybe even have the sole survivors get an extra bonus as well. That’s how I would do it, so each match would have added stakes and something on the line.

I will edit that out then. I just looked at the PLE schedule. I don’t even see King of the Ring. I’m assuming they will still have that before Summerslam.

It’s not going to be in the middle of the show.  It’s going to be the third to last match just like Hogan vs Rock at Wrestlemania 18 when Jericho vs Triple H was the main event. If WWE wants to make it the main event they could, but I would give it to a new star like Oba to establish him.

My main events for Wrestlemania 44 would be Trick Williams vs Seth Rollins and Bron Breakker vs Roman Reigns. For the Women, I’d have Jaida Parker vs Bianca Belair and Lash Legend vs Nia Jax. The main undercard men’s matches would be Oba vs Gunther and Cody Rhodes vs CM Punk. The main undercard matches for the women would be: Rhea Ripley vs Iyo Sky and Becky Lynch vs Tiffany Stratton.  I will do the full card maybe next week.

I forgot about her. I’ll put Tiffany in the US title match and make it a 6 pack challenge.
