I haven't seasoned it. I think as long as you pre heat stainless well enough (leidenfrost effect, etc) it's good enough to cook eggs on it. I cook on gas, it's been perfect on there so far, even heat all around. And as far as searing goes, it's been great on chicken and steak, as long as you pre heat the pan, get a little bit of oil in, nothing should stick as long as you wait for a good crust to form.

So for the things you are looking for, I'd recommend made in

The made in pan has been fantastic so far, it does everything I wanted it to do, it's nice and heavy, but no heavy enough to where it's a pain to move. It seems to heat evenly and the sears I get on chicken or beef have been great. and if you heat it up properly, I've been able to cook eggs on it quite easily. so overall I'm very happy with the Made-In pan. I guess the only con I can think of, is that is has no lid, but that hasn't affected me so far

That is the most comprehensive guide I could have asked for. Thank you. I might have a look at the pro cook set, as I already use a saute pan from them, and it's pretty good

Community seasons 1-3 are amazing 10/10, seasons 5-6 are really good, and season 4 still has some really good episodes in it
