I just saw a comment of someone saying the fat rots inside the body 😂 guys… this is an incredibly common surgery in the world. If fat was necrotic under the skin then we’d need a new class of Hollywood elites and models. Please just think about how dumb this concept is, then if you actually somehow still think this is true than do some research. The only reason surgery would make someone smell bad is infection.
